Competition

Currently QTHA administers three tiers of competition in Queensland. They are the Brisbane Handball League (BHL), Queensland Handball Division 1 game, and the Youth League.

The BHL is open to teams from QTHA member clubs. The BHL has a varied level teams and is the entry level competition for clubs and players.

The Queensland Handball Division 1, is formed by regionally selection teams with players selected from the BHL. The Division 1 players generally form the basis of our Senior State Teams..

The Youth League is the most recent competition and is fpr male and female players ages 18 years of age and younger. This league is the feeder group for the under 16 and under 18 state teams and is the development base for the under 21 state teams.
