The Australian Handball Federation’s Junior National Championships are usually held in June/July each year. The Championships are held in Under 18 and Under 21 Categories for males and females. The Championships rotate between AHF Member states that have Junior teams filled. Queensland traditionally fields strong team in all categories.

Junior and senior teams are generally self-funded in the forms of member contributions and fundraising events. Sponsorship in any manner is always very welcome!

If you are interested in trialling for your relevant age group keep an eye on this space. Management applications for the teams have recently closed and relevant positions will be filled shortly. Once this process is complete more information will be available. Importantly, make sure your school is registered to play in the upcoming All School’s Championships and that you are registered with a Brisbane Handball League Club. If you’re outside of the Brisbane metropolitan area, don’t worry, just make sure you stay in touch with us and keep your skills up!
